TREGARTHEN BARN TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
All terms are per week (Saturday to Saturday) unless specified.
A binding contract will exist once a deposit is paid.
Only those persons named on the booking form are entitled to stay in the accommodation, and the total number in your party shall not exceed the advertised capacity. A non-returnable deposit of £100 is payable with each booking.
The balance of the cost will be due 1 month (4 WEEKS) prior to the commencement of your stay,

The full amount is payable if less than 1 month between booking and holiday. If, once, you have paid a deposit, you find that you have to cancel your booking, please notify us by telephone followed up with an immediate written confirmation of cancellation.
The £100 initial deposit is non-returnable apart from exceptional circumstances (i.e. family emergencies). If you have to cancel once you have paid the full cost we will do our utmost to re-let the accommodation in which case you will be returned the balance owing - 10% to cover administration costs. In the event that the accommodation cannot be re-let the full amount is payable.

We advise you to take out an insurance to cover any problems or cancellations.
We do not insist on a security deposit but please notify us of any damage or breakages in or to the accommodation which are caused by you or your party. All breakages will be charged for at cost, unless you can replace it with a like for like item before you leave.
Your accommodation is cleaned before your arrival and as a limited amount of time is available to clean between holidays, please leave it and its contents clean and tidy. Please note there may be a charge if the property needs extra cleaning.
Your accommodation will be ready for you from 2p.m. onwards on your start date. Please do not arrive any earlier unless you just want to drop of luggage. (Please notify if you expect to arrive early).
Please make sure that you leave by 10a.m on the day of departure.
We allow well behaved pets, but set a limit of one large dog or two small ones. There are some good walks nearby when they need exercising but please clean up after. You are responsible for any damage caused by your pet, so best not to leave them unattended for long periods.
Heating and electricity are included in the cost of your holiday.
Please bring your own towels
Bed linen and kitchen linen is included.
If you are bringing a baby we have a travel cot but please bring your own high chair
We cannot accept bookings from anyone under 18 years of age.Your vehicles and their accessories and contents are left entirely at your own risk as are all personal belongings left in the property.
For the convenience of our guests we operate a no smoking policy in the property.
You must notify us of any shortcomings with your accommodation immediately so that action can be taken.
We dont expect a full valet, but please leave the property as you would like to find it. ie clean and tidy....Thanks!
